Product Manager

<p><strong>Position Overview: </strong><br>You will lead, own and drive the evolution of market-leading solutions within the Diligent ecosystem. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure the product evolves to deliver on all these fronts.  As Product Manager you will develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams  in order to define the product vision, identify and work through dependencies with other products, and actively solicit feedback on your products and roadmap.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Responsible for the product(s) roadmap, from ideation to launch. <br>• Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better.<br>• Serve as the leader of a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer  Success, Sales, and Marketing.<br>• Delivery of high quality user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the target  personas.<br>• Responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user  stories.<br>• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in light with the organizational strategy.<br>• Responsible for the ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement.<br>• Monitor the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends to inform the product roadmap. </p> <p><strong>Required Experience/Skills:</strong><br>• 4+ years’ experience in a product management role<br>• Experience working with SaaS products. <br><span data-teams="true">• Proven experience and day to day usage skill of AI tools</span><br>• Excellent communication skills. <br>• Demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements. <br>• Demonstrate experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business. <br>• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with other development teams. <br>• Experience integrating with multiple products (desirable). <br>• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications (desirable)</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Hybrid</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p><span data-olk-
