Intern - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with staff overtime data entry, maintain records, and provide detailed analyses as required.
• Support intern payroll processing, including attendance tracking and record verification.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives
• Assist in organizing training programs by coordinating logistics and providing administrative support.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, 
• Design engaging internal communication materials, including flyers, announcements, and other visual content using Canva.
• Prepare detailed reports and data analyses using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and perform additional duties as assigned to support the achievement of departmental goals and objectives

Education Qualifications 

• Graduate/Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Management or any relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• A flair for creative with the ability to problem solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative team or if required individually with minimal supervision.
