Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems’ Strategic Customer Group has created a commercial team deployed against the nation’s largest, most influential Payors/PBMs/Health Systems.  The goal is to align Janssen’s capabilities towards these top customers to ensure patient access for our portfolio of products currently and in the future while supporting and partnering for better health care for the patients we serve.

The J&J IM Health IT Specialist will support and educate targeted health system accounts using J&J approved resources related to EHR technologies to conduct EHR workflow assessments and educate health system accounts. This position will be responsible for directly engaging prioritized accounts within their regional geography. They will assist with the development of strategy, messaging, tools, & resources that support health system organizations’ population health goals. This position will work closely with the SCG Trade and Market Solutions, Franchise Marketing, and Key Account Management teams. The J&J IM Health IT Specialist will report directly into the Group Product Director, Health IT Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with account management teams and other cross-functional partners to gather customer insights and assess opportunities related to EHR workflows

• Confidently engages customers in a field facing capacity conducting EHR workflow assessments and HCC/Legal/Reg approved materials/messaging.

• Deliver workflow insights related to EHR objectives to key internal partners to help inform strategic decisions

• Evolve future J&J IM Health IT Solutions strategy and executi
