PA-d2m-230 FPSO Senior Contract Engineer (M/F)

<p>As part of our recruitment activity, we are looking for an <strong>FPSO Senior Contract Engineer.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Contract Management tasks:</strong></p><ul> <li>Administer the EPSCC (Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, and Commissioning) and O&amp;M (Operations &amp; Maintenance) contracts.</li> <li>Ensure the follow-up of contractual matters in connection with the Project Control Leader and the Package Manager.</li> <li>Provide support to the Project Control Leader on cost, scheduling, and reporting aspects.</li> <li>Coordinate contractual activities with the managers of the different work packages.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Project management and interface:</strong></p><ul> <li>Interfacing and answer to the request from Project/package Management team for internal contract clarifications and awareness</li> <li>Manage the contractual interfaces with other project packages.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Contract Management tasks</strong></p><ul> <li>Contractual administration of EPSCC, O&amp;M and being able to identify contract breach</li> <li>Being able to propose contractual strategic approachProposer des stratégies contractuelles.</li> <li>Manage in and out correspondences with contractor and ensure its follow-up </li> <li>Support the claim / counter claim process </li> <li>Support the technical entities for contractual clarification</li> <li>Manage Variation Order Requests (VORs) and proposal (VOP’s) from both Company and Contractor.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Contract Engineer with 15+ year experience in similar role (FPSO EPSCC and/or O&amp;M contracts) with experience in multi payment mechanism contract and large experience in contract administration</li> <li>Good understanding and knowledge of various aspects of the Exploration and Production and expertise in contract management during the project execution phase (management of claims and insurances among others).</li> <li>Connaissance approfondie de l'exploration et de la production pétrolière.</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Location:</strong> Paris region</li> <li> <strong>Start date: </strong>Early may </li> <li> <strong>Contract duration: </strong><em>1 year renewable</em> </li> </ul>
