The Role
The Analyst will work closely with the QRI Investment Services team to support establish, implement, and manage an operating model to support the Quantitative Research and Investments team. The individual must:
Be comfortable working with investors and have an interest in understanding the investment process
Be creative and resourceful in responding to time-sensitive ad hoc requests
Have a familiarity with digital tools and data
Responsibilities
Assisting with the implementation of workflows to support and grow the QRI business
Assisting with the preparation of various communications in support of QRI strategic initiatives and business operations
Collaborate with Compliance, Treasurer’s Office, FFIO, Audit, Legal and other internal and external groups

Strong communication and analytical skills, SQL and Python preferred
Must be highly organized, meticulous, detail oriented and have the ability to work independently
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable in an environment of shifting priorities
Capacity to think strategically as well as tactically
Excellent judgment, issue management, and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and comfortable taking the initiative and owning the outcome
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of experience

The role is part of the Asset Management (AM) CRBO division, which is comprised of: AM Risk, Business Operations and Strategy, Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations, Investment Services and Investment Risk Management teams. The division works together to support AM's strategic goals while being the best partner to the business to protect our clients via risk oversight, common data and support and strategic business planning. The Quantitative Research Investment Services (QRI IS) team, while part of CRBO, is aligned with the priorities of the Quantitative Research and Investments (QRI) organization within Asset Management.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
