IAM PSL is part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures &amp; Digital Platforms department. </span></p><p><span>Identity and Access Management (IAM) products enable our internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated &amp; authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group Applications. </span></p><p><span>The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products and services with an end-to-end accountability. We will manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them, in close relationships with Airbus Group. </span></p><p><span>Our Access IT products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates. And our Identity IT Products sustain User management <span>(Provisionning/Deprovisionning,</span> Privileged accounts, Recertification, …) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization, …)</span></p><p><span>The IAM IT Products are mainly : PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 bigIP and Microsoft PKI for Access. And Active Directory, Identity Management, OneLogin for Identity. Automation is running on Ansible; Cyber IAM is based on Oradad, PingCastle and Silvefort; Incident and Change management on Service NOW. The compliance dashboard uses Palantir Foundry.</span></p><p><span>You will be welcome in a dynamic and empowered team, within an international context, where teamwork and solidarity are key values. </span></p><p><b><u>YOUR CHALLENGES </u></b></p><p><i>The main role will be to act as “IAM JML RUN Operator”, an secondary role as IAM IT operator.</i></p><p><i>Acting as “IAM JML RUN Operator”, you will have to manage, in priority, all RUN activities (Escalation, Improvement, Correction, INC) around Onboarding, Move inside Airbus, and Offboarding for Employees and Subcontractors of Airbus Helicopters (Mother Company and Customer Center).</i></p><p><i>Acting as “IAM IT operator”, you will perform activities in 4 main domains: Support, Automation, Reporting and CyberIAM.</i></p><p><i>Because these critical applications support users worldwide, clear communication, structured coordination, and change management are vital to this role.</i></p><p><i>As IAM JML RUN Operator, It will lead to the delivery of the following IM services:</i></p><ul><li><p><i>Support on escalation following when there is, in collaboration with the dedicated team in IAM Commercial, and IAM Defense and Space. The support is on the complex tickets when the normal process is not working.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Coordinator: Involving the mandatory actors to clarify the case (HR, User or User’s Manager, PSLs,...).</i></p></li><li><p><i>Single and identified focal point for the user until the problem is resolved for AH IAM scope.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Remind end users the company rules &amp; constraints on security, compliance, data regulations and IT.</i></p></li><li><p><i>Support the user in creating all necessary actions using existing req
