What You Will Do:

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an individual with strong technical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills to join the 30K GTFA EDSI team as the Aftermarket, Field Support EDSIT Lead. This position will lead the integration activities across the systems organization and will work directly with the Chief Systems Engineer, SIPT, across Engineering CIPTs, Customers and other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved. The GTFA program is entering an exciting period with entry to service upcoming and successful candidates should expect to be immersed in a fast paced team and challenging technical environment where an individual with talent and initiative can stand out and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GTFA After Market, Field Support EDSITs
• Support GTFA EDSIT meetings
• Lead integration across EDSI, SSIPT, CIPTs, EPI, CTS, MRO, CAIPTs and PSCV
• Lead field investigations
• Integrate and develop field monitoring plans
• Review and compile system level assessment for production and aftermarket
• Assign/create cross functional teams for detailed analysis/problem resolution as appropriate
• Develop well rounded systems engineers
• Travel up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 10 years of engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 7 with an advanced degree
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Advanced knowledge of sub-system, modules, or engine level design integration
• Experience fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
• A track record of delivering timely results in a cross-functional team environment.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management.
• The desire & ability to work across ESW swim lanes
• Agile experience

This role is:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experie
