Supporting new apps for R&amp;D to improve the CRM systems, business specific applications and data center transformations are in scope for this role. You will also be part of complex transformation projects to create a more consolidated, stable, efficient and secure IT environment and way of working.</p><p>All of our <strong>IT Project Managers</strong> lead multidisciplinary and international teams and contribute directly to Vattenfall strategies. You will be a part of a great team consisting of both internal and external employees. The team cooperates closely with colleagues in Sweden, The Netherlands, Germany and Poland.</p><p><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities as an IT Project Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, follow-up, and deliver IT projects according to or above customer expectations</li><li>Establish and coordinate international teams of project resources, actively bridging cultural differences.</li><li>Establish and coordinate interactions with stakeholders (Business Management, IT management, Security Organisations, Solution Architects, other IT departments, external providers, etc).</li><li>Build up your network to build trust and reputation to be able to influence the playing field</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Berlin, Hamburg, Katowice, Gliwice or Amsterdam</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who are you?</strong></p><p>To thrive as our <strong>IT Project Manager </strong>we also believe that you are a naturally strong leader as well as a structured, driven and organized team-player with good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. You have the ability to work independently and build relationships with other project resources and stakeholders on all levels. Furthermore, you value and apply the Vattenfall leadership skills: Clear, Visible and Courageous in your everyday work.</p><p><strong>We are looking for candidates with: </strong></p><ul><li>An academic degree in IT or relevant field</li><li>At least 5-8 year experience from leading IT-related projects</li><li>A genuine interest in the energy business and its current developments</li><li>A deep knowledge in the project management area such as stakeholder engagement, communication, integration of interfaces and dependencies, scoping, planning, negotiations, procurement, risk management, time budgeting and cost control, team building and performance etc.</li><li>Experience with agile projects is a plus</li><li>A relevant certification (IPMA, Prince2, PMP, Scrum master, PMI, SAFe etc.) is desirable</li></ul><p>Since we work in an international environment we expect you to be fluent in English (writing/speaking) and one of the local languages is a plus.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer </strong><br/> Good remuneration, a challenging and international work environment, and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field.
