About the role
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior GovCon/Federal Technical Recruiter with a background in cleared engineering/IT recruiting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government contracting (GovCon) and federal recruiting landscape, as well as experience recruiting for cleared positions in the engineering and IT fields. This is a 3 month contract to direct hire and is 2-3 days remote per week.

Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for cleared engineering and IT positions within the GovCon/Federal sector
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific positions
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to GovCon/Federal recruiting
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and strategies
