Customer Service

We are PFD Supply, a division of Prairie Farms Dairy. We are a distribution facility delivering to national restaurant account chains.  PFD Supply has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.

This is a full time position. Hours are 8am-4:30pm.

Must be available Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Positions Responsibilities :

• Receive and input customer's orders over the phone and via internet platforms
• Invoice customers 
• Communicate with customer on order changes
• Communicate with the customer on delayed deliveries or out of stocks
• Interact with customers, relay customer concerns to sales department

Essential Skills and experience:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years experience in customer service with computer applications experience preferred

• Basic computer skills, (word processing, data base, spreadsheets)
• Proficiency in ten key calculator required, and typing preferred
• Maintain working knowledge of Excel and other applications as needed for data entry
• Skilled in performing work requiring attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
• Excellent organizational skills, strong work ethic and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task & coordinate multiple projects
• Possess high degree of professionalism, adaptability and customer service skills
• Ability to work with others and communicate with multiple departments and all levels of management
• AS400 Knowledge (Not required but prefer)
