Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans. 

About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Enid Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning. 

Job Type/Salary:

  • Application period: 07/15/2024 - until filled

  • Annual Salary: up to $40,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
  • Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
  • Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • One (1) Vacancy
  • FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt.  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II - 

    Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of. a bachelor's degree in Education or a behavioral health related field; or a currently licensed registered nurse in Oklahoma with experience in behavioral health care; or a bachelor's degree and current certification for Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or Certified Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner from the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (USPRA).

  • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II -  Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree in Education or a behavioral health related field and two years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services; or a currently licensed registered nurse in Oklahoma with experience in behavioral health care and two years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services; or a bachelor's degree and current certification for Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or Certified Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner from the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (USPRA) and two years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services.

NOTE: Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
