  • Assists patients and staff as required in the daily operation of health clinic.
  • Prepares equipment for transportation to satellite clinics.
  • Maintains records of patients and services provided by clinic.
  • Inventories literature and forms and orders and updates forms as necessary.
  • Collects fees and makes change and inputs fees into account receivable log. 
  • Drives vehicle to and from satellite clinics; drives mobile unit.
  • Keeps maintenance logs and assures all upkeep of the units.
  • Answers telephone and responds to inquiries or directs to appropriate person.
  • Participates in weekend or evening immunization clinics, health fairs and other program functions as needed.
  • Provides outreach services via mobile unit and satellite clinic.
  • Assists in auditing daycare and schools to ensure they are in compliance with state regulations.
  • May be asked to participate in community outreach events.
  • Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 6 months job related experience.
  • Good computer, data entry and typing skills; 35 WPM preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and deal effectively with the public and all levels of employees.
  • Organizational skills; ability to complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines and to prioritize own work.
  • Availability to rotate between 4 clinic sites.
  • Availability to work outreach events, including weekends as needed, as an essential employee.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $16.02 - $20.03 hourly based on qualifications

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
