Senior Intelligence Analyst/11pm-7am Shift Lead

Overview:  IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Senior Intelligence Analyst/Shift Lead to support a federal client’s counterterrorism program. The analyst will provide terrorist related threats and suspicious activity information to stakeholders; expeditiously disseminating the information throughout the IC through government supervision; and conducting trend / pattern analysis to assist in preventing terrorist attacks. The analyst should have experience developing intelligence reports and analytic products consistent with Office of the Director of National Intelligence tradecraft and integrity standards. 

 Shift Opening: 11pm-7am Shift Lead

Clearance:  Active Top-Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance that includes a requirement to pass a counter - intelligence (CI) polygraph.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess ten (10) years of relevant work experience in performing intelligence analysis experience supporting a USIC agency, including all intelligence disciplines with a background and experience in SIGINT, FININT, and HUMINT collection, analysis, and operations.
  1. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in counterterrorism.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in the execution of social media analysis and structured analytical techniques.
• Demonstrate small team leadership skills for providing oversight, time/task management, and written product quality assurance. 
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Government regulations, policies, and limitations within their scope of responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and rationale behind actions and recommendations. 
• Knowledgeable with software programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) and analytical tools such as IBM/i2 Analyst's Notebook and Palantir.
• Knowledgeable on priority national security targets as they pertain to the USIC.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or four (4) years of additional experience as an equivalence.)
