Establish and apply vehicle dynamics simulation environment. 2. Develop and execute virtual and physical vehicle dynamics layout and calibration. 3. Develop and calibrate vehicle dynamics control algorithms. 4. Develop and calibrate energy management strategies. 5. Liaison interface with powertrain team. 6. Is in charge of one or multiple projects (product or methodology projects). 7. Manages the resources allocated to the project. 8. Derives project specific goals and strategies to achieve those goals jointly with process partners. 9. Represents all group relevant topics within the overall project team.职位要求1. Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology. 2. Minimum of 10 years professional experience. 3. Fluent written and spoken English (report language). 4.
