✅ Prospect and win new national and multi-location accounts through strategic outreach
✅ Build and manage a strong pipeline from discovery through contract execution
✅ Engage C-suite, VP, and Director stakeholders with consultative, value-based selling
✅ Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and SLA development in partnership with internal teams
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable delivery and smooth onboarding
✅ Represent Caliber at industry events and client meetings to build credibility and opportunity
✅ Monitor market trends and refine targeting strategies to stay ahead of the competitionWe’re looking for professionals who bring:
✔ 5+ years of B2B sales success closing complex, enterprise or multi-location deals
✔ Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and exceed new business targets
✔ Executive presence and strong negotiation capability across multi-stakeholder environments
✔ Experience navigating procurement, legal, and operational review processes
