Now Hiring: Regional Operations Specialist – Orlando Territory Full-Time | Leadership Role Across IL/AL/MC Communities
Are you a dynamic and experienced senior living leader looking for variety and impact in your day-to-day work? We’re seeking a Traveling Executive Director to provide leadership and operational support across our communities in the Orlando/Central region of Florida.
In this unique and rewarding role, you’ll:
- Provide temporary or extended leadership to communities during transitions (e.g., vacancies, vacations, or leaves of absence).
- Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents to support high-priority projects.
- Step into multi-faceted responsibilities including supervision, training, regulatory compliance, and direct resident care when needed.
- Ensure operational excellence aligned with our core values and strategic goals—enhancing resident satisfaction, associate engagement, occupancy, and culture.
What You Bring
- Must be ALF Core Certified in the state of Florida
- Valid Florida Administrator’s License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven leadership experience in senior living operations (IL/AL/MC) (5 years of exp)
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Tampa and Jacksonville regions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for leading people and communities

Responsibilities
Assists directors of CCRC’s, retirement communities or assisted living residences with supervision and management on a temporary, extended or as needed basis. May be assigned to a residence during a management vacancy, start up, acquisition, vacations, and leaves of absence or may support a Regional Vice President with a special project, etc. Functions in multiple roles to include supervising, quality assurance, training, regulatory matters and direct resident care as needed. Conducts operations in a manner consistent with value drivers and strategic initiatives to uphold and improve customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, occupancy, culture, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsMust have a valid driver license and access to a private vehicle for business use. Must be licensed according to state requirements. Position is 100% travel; must be able to travel by air on company business, as required by the responsibilities and expectations of the job. Schedule will require ten (10) days worked followed by four (4) days off.
