We’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable PRN Patient Coordinator to join our close-knit team! In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the door—and the helpful voice they hear on the phone. You’ll handle scheduling, patient communication, and help keep our front office running smoothly. If you love helping people, have great attention to detail, and enjoy working in a caring, team-based environment, we’d love to meet you! 

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face greeting patients with warmth and professionalism 
• Manage scheduling—from new consults to follow-up visits—making sure our calendar works for everyone 
• Coordinate with Dr.?Chaffee and clinical staff to keep appointments flowing smoothly
• Help verify insurance, explain coverage clearly, and assist patients through financial questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update contact information in systems
• Answer phone calls and respond promptly to email inquiries—you're the calm, reassuring first point of contact
