Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.</p><p>Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:</p><ul> <li>We’ve built a community of over 7 million users 🤝</li> <li>We have finalized the biggest <strong>Series B</strong> this year (<strong>€30 million</strong>)🏆</li> <li>Grown our team to more than 170 employees <strong>🚀</strong> </li> </ul><p>We’re continuing to grow to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the world!</p><p>Join us to write the next chapter of your career!</p><p></p><p><strong>🗒️ About the Role:</strong></p><p>Joining our "<strong>Booking &amp; Aggregators</strong>" team means playing a crucial role in shaping the success of our engineering department by providing a complete and customizable solution for our client to manage their booking. Your team’s focus areas will include:</p><ul> <li>Managing <strong>class booking</strong> and <strong>1-1 appointments</strong> </li> <li>Integrating and customizing waiting lists</li> <li>Integrating and maintaining communication with third-party aggregators (ie softwares offering bsport's client sessions on their own platforms).</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>🎯 What will be your impact:</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer</strong>, you will:</p><ul> <li>Lead the <strong>design of microservices</strong> and <strong>event-driven architectures</strong> that handle high-volume data and ensure a balance between immediate product requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.</li> <li>Develop <strong>tight interfaces</strong> using industry standards (micro-frontends, monorepository) to allow studio managers and teachers to organize their day-to-day work</li> <li>Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code and implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous integration &amp; delivery.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and share knowledge with less experienced engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.</li> <li>Continuously monitoring and improving the performance of backend services using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Sentry.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>our cross-team “squads”</strong>, providing innovative solutions and improvements to our frontend (React, Zustand, Module federation, monorepository orchestrated with NX) or backend (Grafana, Kibana, PostgreSQL, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Django, Django Rest Framework) stacks , advocating for best practices.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>🌟 </strong><strong>It would be great if:</strong></p><ul> <li>You have substantial experience in <strong>any current Object-Oriented backend language</strong> (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus)</li> <li>You have <strong>some experience with ReactJS</strong> (or any modern front-end framework)</li> <li>You are professionally proficient in <strong>English</strong> </li> <li>You take <strong>ownership</strong> and <strong>pride</strong> in building exceptional products</li> <li>You’re <strong>goal-driven</strong>, <strong>detail-oriented</strong>, and an <strong>effective communicator</strong> </li> <li>You thrive in <strong>dynamic, fast-paced environments</strong> and enjoy being challenged</li> </ul><p></p><p>🌈🌍 Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
