About the Role:

As a Security/Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation and security services. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of residents to and from appointments, as well as the security and safety of our facility and its inhabitants. You will also be responsible for managing a team of transportation and security staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the transportation and security services, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Manage a team of transportation and security staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and the facility
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and staff evaluations
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective response to emergencies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a security or transportation supervisory role; experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
