We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Filling Team, driving operational excellence and ensuring daily targets are consistently achieved.

The successful candidate will be part of the GAS Filling Department which focuses on refilling CO2 cylinders in strict compliance with standard procedures and operating instructions, prioritizing safety, health, environmental standards, quality, output, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the Filling Team (Team Leaders and Assistants) to achieve shift targets and meet KPI, and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to subordinate employees.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees, overseeing HR processes such as absenteeism, vacation, and performance management, with support from HR or management when necessary.
• Ensure effective production planning across shifts and communicate adjustments to Team Leaders.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute training programs for the department and ensure proper documentation and compliance across all three shifts.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees in line with company policies and regulations.
• Report operational risks, quality issues, and HR concerns to management as required.

Requirements

Qualifications for the role:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Proven expertise in leadership, production planning, and control.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in industrial hygiene within food production is an advantage.
• As we operate in an international and diverse environment, fluency in English is essential.
