Who we are looking for.

• You have at least 7 years of professional experience in performance marketing with leadership and significant budget responsibility - ideally from a dynamic eCommerce business
• You are a performance marketing strategist with a broad hands-on experience
• You have first-class experience in paid search and paid social
• You are analytical, numbers-driven and evaluate your successes based on KPIs, which you also demand from your team
• You have a high level of commitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an international team
• You have a "can do" mentality and proactively drive projects forward
• You are an excellent leader who can manage teams and align them behind a common vision and goals
• You can build strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders 
• You have excellent English skills

What you will do.

• You are responsible for the performance marketing of heycar for all markets, especially SEA and paid social
• Together with your team, you will develop growth strategies for the future
• You act consistently target-oriented via KPIs
• You develop a "state of the art" tracking and reporting system 
• You constantly test and develop new marketing channels with your team to further diversify our marketing mix
• You build a great performance marketing team, which you constantly develop further
• You will work closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, Business Intelligence and Product Management
• You will independently define relevant KPI's which you will continuously monitor and optimise
• You report to the Chief Marketing Officer
