What We Need:

We are looking for individuals to join our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) in Information & Digital Technologies (IDT). This position is located in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in June 2026. Our ECDP is a flexible-two-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization across various IDT functions. You will be placed in a specialized track aligned with your interests and skills, such as AI and Innovation, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Digital. This focused approach allows you to build deep expertise while gaining broad exposure across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Gain hands-on experience contributing to strategic initiatives within your track
• Collaborate on cross-functional team projects that drive business impact
• Develop foundational knowledge of the business and technology landscape
• Build relationships through networking, mentorship, and community involvement
• Receive continuous feedback and career development support from a dedicated business leader mentor
• Explore various areas within your track and rotational departments to identify career passions

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cyber Security, or related discipline
• Anticipated availability to start in June 2026 in Muscatine, IA
• Relevant work experience / internships 

What You’re Good At:

• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to gather and research data, and synthesize complex information
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-starter; strong personal motivation; willing to take initiative
