We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects for Russo Development and Russo Property Management
The candidate chosen for the position will be placed at our luxurious property located in Union, NJ.
Position Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete all daily work orders within 24 hours. Communicate any delays in completing a work order with the supervisor and management office.
- Troubleshoot repair any maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.
- Work with leasing staff team to ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
- Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, building mechanicals, service requests and apartment make- ready status.
- Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.
- Assist with trash removal. Maintain trash rooms and dumpster areas.
- Assist in the proper clearing of snow during a snow event.
- Coordinate proper workshop inventory with maintenance supervisor.
Requirements
- High School or GED education
- 1-3 years of direct experience working as a Maintenance Technician or related field.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to on-call emergencies at the property.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance maintenance, and snow removal.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Professional, courteous and friendly demeanor. Customer first attitude
- Proactive self-starter and a team-player.
- Must be available for weekend inspections, and weekday evening resident meetings, as necessary.
- Ability to professionally communicate with residents and staff.
