About the Role

You’ll be responsible for testing iOS and Android mobile applications. Your role will involve designing test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, and ensuring compliance, scalability, and reliability of mobile flows.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for testing Mobile application features.
• Performing manual and automated testing for the Alight Mobile Apps.
• Identifying, document, and track defects using bug-tracking systems, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
• Developing, maintain, and execute automated test suites for mobile platforms.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing feedback on testing progress.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• Performing regression testing, verifying resolved issues and ensuring no new issues are introduced

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or related field, with a focus mobile.
• Demonstrate experience in manual testing and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Functionize, Sofi).
• Demonstrate experience with mobile software development, Cloud computing solutions and Relational Database and DB Queries
• Possess working experience in an Agile development environment.
• Show knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.
• Demonstrated positive work ethic, able to drive results while working remotely.
• Able to analyze requirements to determine all possible testing scenarios.
• Able to meet strict deadlines where work requires flexibility in schedule.
• Works well within a diversified team of colleagues.
• Is capable of presenting test scenarios in front of a large audience.
