Center Director – Early Childhood Education

Full-Time | Play & Learn – Lansdale (800 S. Broad St, Lansdale, PA)

Play & Learn is seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director to lead our Lansdale team! If you're a strong leader who loves early childhood education and wants to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily operations of the center
• Ensure compliance with DHS staffing and licensing requirements
• Support and lead staff through training and team building
• Communicate regularly with families
• Handle tours, inquiries, and emergencies
• Step into classrooms when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field (18+ ECE credits)
• PA Teaching Certification in ECE or Private Academic Nursery/Kindergarten
• PA Director Credential (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with young children and staff supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
