  • Drive new business acquisition through a proactive sales approach, while maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate features, benefits, and value
  • Navigate and overcome technical and business objections to close opportunities
  • Follow a structured sales process with strong attention to detail and execution discipline

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop deep product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance
  • Represent the organization at industry tradeshows, events, and customer engagements

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside and/or outside sales, with demonstrated success in new business development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a confident, professional presence
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to execution
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
