OnsiteWhat You Will Do:
Modify/create engineering design documentation.
Debug and integrate software components.
Support and enhance existing software products as necessary.
Collaborate with Software Engineers, Testers, Hardware Engineers, and Project Engineers.
Design, develop, implement, test, and debug software applications
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Drive and self-motivation
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Disciplined approach to developing high quality software
All work is onsite at our Richardson, TX facility

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Agile development practices
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Git)
Experience developing for Linux platforms
Object oriented design and UML modelling
Understanding of Virtual Machines
Understanding of Containers and Containers orchestration.
Understanding of microservices.
Target based debugging experience
Experience performing static and dynamic code analysis
Understanding of well-disciplined in software engineering processes and methodologies
Understanding of well-disciplined configuration management practices
Understanding of software quality processes including software peer reviews
Proficiency in industry standard software development tools (such as Subversion, Git, Enterprise Architect, Coverity or equivalents)
Developing software for military applications and/or experience of working government programs
