We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Educator with demonstrated expertise facilitating interactive virtual skills training and professional development programs for clinical healthcare professionals. The position involves leading educational sessions and ensuring compliance with Giving Home Health Care’s business processes, clinical requirements, and quality of care guidelines. The person in this role should be a Registered Nurse or have an equivalent clinical background and be able to demonstrate exceptional virtual training and facilitation skills.
Location & Work Environment:This role is remote/hybrid reporting to Giving Home Health Care’s Austin, TX Resource Center. Travel for onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings is required. The ability to maintain a flexible weekly work schedule, including leading virtual training sessions on evenings and/or weekends based on business needs, is required. #IND

Responsibilities:
- Lead virtual onboarding sessions for clinical home health caregivers nationwide, ensuring effective adoption of Giving Home Health Care’s business processes, clinical practice and compliance requirements, and use of technology. May require flexible scheduling to accommodate sessions in multiple time zones.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Giving Home Health Care’s processes, products, and services, promoting a collaborative patient-first care team environment.
- Lead end-to-end training sessions, from scheduling classes to analyzing training evaluations and providing recommendations for continuous improvement, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Champion Giving Home Health Care’s mission, values, and culture using consistent messaging and a professional approach.
- Provide follow-up support to new caregivers, including supplemental 1:1 virtual education and upskilling to develop capabilities and competencies, resulting in exceptional patient care and compliance.
- Support Giving Home Health Care’s Learning & Development strategy by suggesting ways to improve and enhance the global onboarding curriculum and experience in alignment with Giving Home Health Care’s business goals and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Develop new training modules and performance support tools as needed to expand Giving Home Health Care’s best-in-class caregiver learning experiences.
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with evidence-based clinical practices, ACHC accreditation standards, and multi-state home health care regulations.
- Actively participate in multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clear communication and fostering collaboration among colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical/healthcare field required.
- Additional degrees or certifications or related experience in education, training, facilitation, or instructional design preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years working in a clinical practice or a relevant healthcare role required. Leadership experience is a plus.
- At least 2–3 years of experience working in virtual training, education, or leadership development facilitation in a healthcare setting required.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading end-to-end training classes (from scheduling sessions to analyzing training evaluations) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required.
- Experience working with home health caregivers or hospice clinicians is a plus.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN or other clinical license required; certifications in nursing/health education or education are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical computer and technology skills required (Teams, Learning Management Systems, Smartsheets, SharePoint, MS 365, blended learning programs).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical situations in a virtual training environment required.
- An open curiosity and willingness to use new and innovative learning technology and teaching modalities.
