We develop industry-leading solutions that help customers save resources and reduce waste.</p><p></p><p>You Will Make an Impact By:</p><ul><li>Ongoing cooperation with customers in the field of sales of technology and equipment for classical electroplating, as well as providing technical assistance to the customer</li><li>Active acquisition of new customers (all of Poland)</li><li>Ongoing market analysis</li><li>Conducting the sales process from the moment of acquiring a customer through quoting and negotiations, up to the delivery of solutions and provision of technical assistance</li><li>Post-sales support to the client, building long-term business relationships</li><li>Cyclical preparation of reports in the CRM system</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills You Bring:</p><ul><li>Higher technical education, preferred majors: chemistry, chemical technology, biotechnology</li><li>Good knowledge of English and Polish</li><li>Experience in B2B sales and ability to negotiate (welcome)</li><li>Knowledge of the surface treatment industry will be an added advantage</li><li>Communication skills and ability to build relationships</li><li>Self-reliance and good work organization</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently on business</li><li>Driving license cat.
