You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring that timelines are met and projects are executed to the highest standards. Working closely with our creative and technical teams, you will facilitate communication, cohesion, and foster a collaborative environment.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul> <li>Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.</li> <li>Overseeing and mentoring production teams, including Producers and Associate Producers.</li> <li>Collaborating with studio leadership to define project goals, strategies, and deliverables.</li> <li>Facilitating regular team meetings, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.</li> <li>Conducting risk management assessments to proactively address potential project challenges.</li> <li>Fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving within the production team.</li> <li>Ensuring high-quality outputs that align with Univrse’s creative vision and standards.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in production roles within the gaming, animation, or immersive technology sectors.</li> <li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.</li> <li>Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale production projects on time and within budget.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring junior staff.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project dynamics effectively.</li> <li>A strong passion for XR technologies and an understanding of current trends in the industry.</li> <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.</li> </ul>
