Goldmark Design and Development provides extensive architectural design and development services, including master planning, preliminary site layouts, cost estimating, detailed architectural plans, city permitting, construction bidding, and much more. Our team strives to offer our clients expertise in all aspects of the design and development process.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a group of talented and innovative architecture, engineering and real estate professionals in a creative and energizing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Renderings, schematic design and marketing material
• Site layouts for specific projects and large scale developments
• Project Drawings, including SD, DD and CDs
• Assist Lead Architect and Project Managers with other duties
• Site review and measurement verification

Qualifications & Experience:
• Currently attending school of architecture
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance
• Proficiency with Autodesk software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
