We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team, working approximately 30 hours per week throughout the academic year (Fall and Spring semesters). This hybrid role offers a unique blend of analytical work and hands-on campus engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Spend part of the week at our Carrollton, TX facility, assisting with data analytics and generating various operational reports.
• Collaborate with our on-campus coordinator at UTD, supporting marketing initiatives and representing Canteen at campus events.
• Assist with promotional activities, including staffing event tables and engaging with students to raise brand awareness.
• Periodically check and report on the status of vending machines across campus to ensure optimal service.

 

The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, as the role involves performing analytics, generating various reports, and interpreting data. Additionally, the position requires an outgoing personality, as it includes on-campus marketing and engagement activities. 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Current student at the University of Texas at Dallas (required).
• Preference given to junior or senior-level students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to the internship for the entire academic year (Fall and Spring semesters).
