About Us:

At Smiles 4 Kids, in Meridian, we specialize in creating positive dental experiences for infants, children, and teens. Our team is dedicated to providing gentle, high-quality care in a warm and friendly environment where both kids and parents feel at ease.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a child-friendly manner

• Assist the pediatric dentist during exams and procedures

• Take and process digital X-rays

• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms

• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting

• Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a dental assistant training program preferred

• X-ray certification preferred

• Previous experience in a pediatric or general dental office is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
