About the role
The Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. As a Full-Stack Engineer with knowledge of TailwindCSS, React, GraphQL, Node.js and TypeScript, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions using agile methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Cares deeply about code quality, performance, and execution, but isn't dogmatic.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting requirements.
- Designs & develops new features and services in a NodeJS and React environment.
- Implements user interfaces with TailwindCSS, React, and TypeScript.
- Utilizes GraphQL for effective client-server communication.
- Collaborates with other engineers to improve and release new software products.
- Works with product and design teams to design and develop new features.
- Coordinates deployment of services into production.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industry experience required.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Responsibility for application performance and stability.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals without management oversight.
- Experience with TailwindCSS, React, GraphQL, Node.js, and TypeScript is required.
- Ability to think critically to discover and solve complex problems.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
- Willingness to help out on other areas of the stack if necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change with professionalism and authenticity.
Working Conditions
- Working environment is generally an office setting, utilizing a laptop and cell phone. Exposure to mechanical and electrical hazards. Must work in the office at least 3 days a week.
