Your main focus will be collaborating with our Global Mobility team to ensure we are providing excellent service between our employees and our immigration and relocation partners. You will be a key player in our day-to-day operations and will ensure that we’re functioning smoothly in an HR and employee-facing capacity.
As part of a globally distributed team, you will partner with peers and Managers in New York City and in Stockholm. You will also have daily correspondence with our external partners as well as our Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate immigration to the Americas and other countries together with our global vendor; main volume will be in the United States
- Main internal point of contact for general immigration queries, as well as to our immigration partner for authorizations and missing information
- As needed, handle relocation and tax scenarios
- Initiate new cases, provide authorization and access to external partner portals, and update internal databases
- The ideal individual for this role is comfortable resolving vendor invoices, preparing various reports, gathering and compiling data for analysis, providing data to external partners and internally ensuring data compliance and reporting requirements are met.
- Posting and removing various US immigration compliance notices, such as LCA and PERM notices, and ensuring postings in other locations as needed
- Perform administrative work related to printing, collating, and delivering time-sensitive documents, as well as maintaining public access files
- Assist with permanent residency processing as-needed including working closely with employees, managers, HR team members, and external partners on all aspects of the permanent residency process
- Answer general, internal global mobility questions including immigration via our mobility portal
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to review, draft, and update support documents, information and instructions for internal HR partners as needed
- Support our external partners answering questions and authorizations requests, and prepare support material if needed
- Manage and/or support ad-hoc projects (e.g. improve employee experience, update policies and processes, and revise communication materials and internal websites)
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree is required; background in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field
- Relevant in-house/vendor experience at dynamic organizationsGlobal Mobility experience is required; U.S. Immigration experience is ideal
- Experience working with tax and/or relocation is a plus
- Organized and structured, with a drive for keeping things simple yet efficient
- Interest in supporting and running projects end-to-end
- Detail oriented and understands that speed comes before precision, but not before quality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where conditions and prioritizations can swiftly change
- Able to handle and deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously with competing demands
- A self-starter who is nimble at independent and cross-functional collaborative work An excellent communicator who not only understands the importance in getting a message out, but also ensuring it is well received and understood
- Analytical with a consequential way of thinking
- Open to change and can identify areas of improvements and support to make those changes happen

Where You'll Be
- Hybrid role based in our New York offices (2 to 3 days a week required)
