Position Summary: 

The Senior Business Analyst - Jr. Product Owner serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving product initiatives from concept through delivery. This role combines advanced business analysis expertise with product ownership responsibilities, including managing and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

This role leverages data (including SQL) to generate insights, validate outcomes, and support informed decision-making while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role reports to the Sr. Product Owner, Customer Connectivity & Digital.

Role Specifics

• Proactively explores the wholesale tire distribution landscape and business environment to understand complex challenges. Develops a deep functional understanding of internal systems and how technical solutions support business needs through hands-on engagement.
• Performs data analysis and validation using SQL for data exploration, requirements development, and solution verification.
• Drives the full product lifecycle by capturing business requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories. Actively supporting backlog refinement, and prioritization to ensure alignment with product strategy and business value.
• Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, managing scope documentation, facilitating product delivery decisions, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and intended outcomes.
• Manages competing priorities across multiple initiatives by partnering with stakeholders and product teams to assess business value, urgency, and impact. Ensures delivery timelines, backlog priorities, and execution plans remain aligned with organizational and product goals.
• Supports organizational change management by preparing stakeholders for product releases, conducting impact assessments, developing communication plans, and driving adoption of new products, features, and processes.
