The team you'll be part of:

In this role you will develop and onboard customer facing technology leadership skills across markets by creating a Centre of Excellence around Architecture, automation & security including building & managing a virtual community of leaders in Markets.
You will shape a global & local blueprint around our product security, serviceability, automation and have E2E Customer ownership of the quality of our solutions deployed in the markets.
What you will learn and contribute:
Architecture
- Build & manage virtual community of Delivery CTLs globally
- Develop competency along with S&C L&T for different certification and training programs
- Act as the thought leader towards Customer CTOs globally in best practices around deployment, testing, upgrades ..
- Gather data around product quality, stability and work with CTO, R&D to improve the same.
Serviceability and Automation
- Align with Domain Svcs, PLM and R&D on serviceability
- Help execute our delivery automation strategy
- Identify pilot projects where they can be deployed
- Provide feedback loop from customer projects to Domains and R&D.
Security
- Develop a strng community of CSLs ( Customer Security lead) in the market
- Work with Customer CSO’s through CSL’s to understand security issues and needs
- Provide inputs to PLM on what our product security blueprint and agree split between what needs to be developed by PLM /R&D and what needs to be deployed and managed in the field
Quality
- Manage the customer interface on all quality matters
- Work with S&C Delivery Exellence to Gather data and insights on all aspects of quality across product, competency, process etc.
- Provide feedback loop to R&D and PLM for improvements
Your skills and experience:
- A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Telecom Delivery & Business management with strong Delivery, Architecture of complex program, Automation and Practice set-up hands-on with up-to-date 5G technology knowledge.
- The successful applicant must also be highly organized with a strong focus on driving results. In addition, they must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
- Strong leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to influence others, build effective teams and work collaboratively within a matrix organization. Experience working with multiple internal/external stakeholders across functions
- Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent customer facing skills
- Strong technical background, including experience to effectively manage complex projects and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adapt to change
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and experience working with data driven decision making
- Leadership skills and the ability and experience to lead virtual teams located globally while maintaining high levels of team engagement and motivation
- Excellent written/verbal communication & presentation skills; interpersonal skills to establish trustful relationships at all organizational levels both internally & externally
