Building Maintenance Technician

Looking for someone to fill our Temporary role for about 3 months.

Duties

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility and grounds.
• Respond to assigned Corrective and Preventative Maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely and effective manner.
• Review and complete daily work assignments provided by supervisor.
• Use tools safely and correctly while also maintaining clean work areas at all times to include a clean maintenance shop, and any other areas assigned to maintenance oversight.
• Replenishes supplies in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing waste and ensuring that equipment is prepared and operational for the next shift.
• Empties all trash containers on a scheduled basis.
• Performs work to local, state and Federal codes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade school experience is required.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
