We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.</p><p></p><p>The QA &amp; Testing Engineer works with the test team to develop testing strategies and devise test plans to ensure that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank's high-quality standards. The QA &amp; Testing Engineer takes a lead role in the establishment or execution of one or more test specialties for a larger testing unit or program.</p><p></p><p>The QA &amp; Testing Engineer identifies the tasks and resources needed to ensure that their specialized portion of the testing process meets software quality requirements prior to release into a live environment. The QA &amp; Testing Engineer may specialize in a specific area of the testing process such as test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning.</p><p></p><p>In this context the QA &amp; Testing Engineer will specialize in relevant tools such as Performance Centre, Quick Test Professional, Quality Centre/ALM and Jira. Alternately the QA and Testing Engineer may possess or demonstrate specialist Business Testing knowledge or exceptional business/functional expertise.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Overall responsibility for all testing activities on the TM ETL project.</li><li>Ability to define the test strategy, preparation of test concepts.</li><li>Coordinate system integration and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Communicate with business, project managers, product owners, developers, deployment managers, IT application owners.</li><li>Maintain QA-related project documentation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills </b></p><ul><li>Database experience and advanced SQL skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies, with particular emphasis on agile methodology.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent skills in test planning, designing, and test strategy/case/script creation and execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with business, project managers, product owners, developers, deployment managers, IT application owners.</li></ul><ul><li>At least a basic understanding of retail banking and operations processes</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Well-being &amp; Benefits</b></p><p><b>Emotionally and mentally balanced:</b> <b>we support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health</b></p><ul><li>Empowering managers who value your ideas and decisions.
