About the role

Experienced individual to execute our Europe and Middle East customer strategy program which participates in revenue generation by helping customers identify the benefits our solutions. In addition, this job function collaborates with peers across the globe in identifying, defining and solution mapping to Construction industry best practice processes as defined by thought leadership organizations aligned with product strategy, and in bringing competitively differentiated solutions within our business unit, across Oracle, inclusive of partners to market for additive revenue generation. This individual will report into the Infrastructure Business Unit Global Ecosystems team.

Best Candidate Characteristics:

Value Engineering (for example Oracle Insight or Value Consulting).

Business Architect (objectives, capabilities, business case, and roadmap understanding).

Industry Knowledge (construction, critical capital assets, or facilities understanding).

Engagement Facilitation (executive level facilitation of digital transformation strategy).

Business Case Development (financial acumen).

Enterprise Software Employment (team collaboration experience within software business model).

Sales Support Experience (understand the software sales process and how to be effective/successful). 

Project Management Software Experience (understand solution use cases).

Business Development Leadership (program management in revenue generation initiatives).

 

Experience Criteria:

10+ years in industry and/or enterprise software.

Advanced degree in technology or business.

Leadership role.

Moderate travel.

US: Hiring Range: from $126,600 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
