We currently service Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Howard County, and Carroll County. We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in our center, located in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services throughout the Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Howard County, and Carroll County areas.
We currently have part-time openings in our center, ranging from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
Job Duties:
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual and group sessions.
- Adhere to and support the company's policies and procedures.
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and graph data as instructed.
- Complete daily notes (related to implementation of the treatment plan) as instructed.
- Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 45 credit hours from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work between 10-29 hours per week
- Will require ability to reliably commute to our center (located in Baltimore County, MD), as well as to various client homes located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Carroll County
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to run, jump, sit, stand, with or without accommodation
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check
- Satisfactory reference checks
- Must pass tuberculosis test
- Reliable mode of transportation
