Job Description

Global Field Operations is a core engine of the business, bringing together Field Sales, Professional Services,and Customer Success. The GFO leadership team is Senior, collaborative and globally distributed across the US and UK.

This role is central to how that leadership team operates. As Executive Assistant to the Chief of Global Field Operations, you will bring clarity, structure, and pace to the way the team plans, meets and executes. You will help leaders focus on the right priorities, stay connected to their teams and operate effectively across time zones.

The Executive Assistant provides senior-level support to the Chief of Global Field Operations and plays a key role in supporting governance and operating rhythm for the GFO leadership team.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role. You will anticipate needs, manage complexity and keep things moving — acting as a reliable partner to a global leadership team rather than simply managing tasks.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). 

Leadership Partnership and Governance

  • Partner closely with the Chief of Global Field Operations to manage priorities, time, and decision flow in a global environment

  • Create and maintain a clear, structured operating rhythm for the GFO leadership team, including leadership meetings and core business cadences

  • Bring discipline to meetings by clarifying purpose, required attendees, and outcomes, and by advising when asynchronous updates are more effective

  • Apply sound judgment to separate true urgency from what can wait, ensuring the right level of preparation and follow-up

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Executive and Operational Support

  • Own the Chief of Global Field Operations’ complex calendar, travel and communications across US and UK time zones

  • Anticipate changes and manage workback plans for key rhythms such as QBRs, Annual Operating Planning and leadership reviews

  • Coordinate scheduling across CXO leaders in partnership with the broader EA team

  • Prepare and manage agendas, make sure the pre-reads, presentations, and correspondence arrives to Chief Global Field Operations ahead of meetings

Events and Offsites

  • Support planning and execution of global leadership meetings, QBRs, Sales Kickoffs and customer advisory boards

Qualifications

  • 8+ years proven experience supporting CXO-level executives in a global organization

  • Strong experience working across US and UK time zones

  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure, prioritization, and pace to senior leadership teams

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Confidence, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive matters

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
