What You’ll Do 
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to:   

  • Pick products from designated locations according to pick label requirements. 

  • Obtain products from repack locations, ensuring they meet quality standards. 

  • Place products onto conveyors and/or pallets as needed for processing or shipment. 

  • Build pallets according to patterns. 

  • Demonstrate careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. 

  • Maintain a clean, debris-free, and safe work area at all times. 

  • Perform other assignments as assigned to support overall operations.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 

  • 1-2 years of experience in distributions or warehouse environments preferred. 

  • Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software. 

  • Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and lift/move 10 lbs., regularly and up to 45lbs., occasionally. 

  • Above average attendance and ability to achieve productivity and quality standards. 

  • Adaptability to change assignments as directed and resilience to work in environments occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures.
