As a Consumer Promotions Senior Analyst, you’ll be a member of Digital Incentives (Consumer Promotions) Team within the Advanced Marketing Capabilities (AMC) organization, which supports the Kimberly-Clark North America segment. You’ll drive Consumer Promotions data and analytics, which will entail the development of reporting, insights and analytics to deliver fact-based data and tools to drive business decisions and recommendations. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Incentives, and works closely with Digital Incentives sector lead managers, BU Sales and brand team leadership.
In this role, you will:
Streamline and standardize internal and competitive consumer promotions reporting using Power BI.
Deploy abilities in business problem definition, project scoping, analytical approach and work-planning.
Execute data analysis including consumer insights, customer data (POS) and internal data.
Interpret results and translate findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions. Participate in regular and ad hoc business reviews to communicate data analysis and insights to internal stakeholders.
Actively participate in the development of new solutions (including reporting, efficiency, analytical approaches), moving the organization forward in capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in business or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge. Master’s degree a plus.
4+ Years of demonstrated performance in an analytical role; CPG industry experience preferred
High degree of proficiency with current analytical tools available in the market including Power BI and Excel, Power Query or comparable large data aggregation tool.
Ability to proficiently conduct business and data analyses with data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements.
Ability to create persuasive professional analysis presentations incorporating data, relevant insights, and information.
Process improvement mindset to bring innovative solutions to enhance reporting and analytic capabilities.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to independently generate strategic insights.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to actively participate in group discussions with individuals from various functions within the organization.
