Job Duties:

• Responsible for providing the administrative support to the Division.

• Responsible for collecting and compiling information, maintaining files, tracking and logging purchase requisitions, maintaining office supplies, ordering and maintaining the inventory records for the retail shops, computerizing information, answering questions and providing information to the public, and providing general administrative support functions.

• The associate will provide support for special events, division programs or point of sale operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years of work related experience
• Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License
• Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen
