Compensation includes a base salary of $122,600.00 - $204,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement, is responsible for developing and leading AI transformation initiatives across the sales organization. This individual is responsible for engaging with senior sales leadership and boundary partners to develop, implement, and monitor the execution of the sales tool strategy roadmap.

The Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement will lead a team responsible for a portfolio of medium-to-large-sized projects, focusing on the team's capabilities, including sales tool strategy enablement, supporting the digital adoption strategy, and business process design and improvement initiatives.  This individual will focus on maximizing performance by rationalizing, automating, and integrating sales enablement tools to achieve the highest ROI. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement, will identify and create strategies to reduce redundancies in tools across CAI, enabling an enterprise approach for determining the appropriate tools across the organization.

This role will also oversee the delivery and maintenance of Digital Adoption content, as well as lead a tool process governance team.  This team will own the full repository of processes within the CAI toolkit, developing and maintaining reporting and business analysis to ensure they’re followed, partnering with the business and technology teams to enhance.

What You’ll Do 

  • Acts as a strategic partner to the Sales Executive team and senior leaders, providing consultative guidance to enable the CAI Sales Team to effectively leverage AI-driven strategies.
  • Spearhead AI-driven change initiatives within the sales organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing impact.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and boundary partners to design, implement, and monitor the sales tool strategy roadmap, supporting both current and future business needs across all CAI Sales/PM teams.
  • Lead new tool exploration efforts to ensure strategy and tech stack are aligned to industry best in class, including AI capabilities.
  • Design and monitor overall effectiveness of AI capabilities and tools to inform the future strategy and ROI.
  • Owns vendor management relationships, including strategic oversight in negotiation, contract terms, and direct partnership with CAI Supply Chain
  • Oversee design, configuration, testing, adoption, and implementation of new and/or enhanced processes, tools, etc
  • Partner closely with other peers with the SBO and Technology teams to create a vision for how technology converges to enable the seller experience
  • Identify new tools/functionality capabilities to enhance sales and performance management effectiveness with a specific focus on AI and automation across tools.
  • Develop and execute an adoption strategy for tools/processes, including engaging with business owners for key enablement tools (Seismic, WhatFix, etc.).
  • Develop and lead pilot strategies validating business value and requirements supporting an evaluation recommendation for new tools/processes.
  • Create investment roadmaps and impact analyses aligned with future budget plans, providing clear visibility into new funding requirements and potential variances.
  • Rationalize redundant sales tools, including AI capabilities, and work with leadership to obtain buy-in and the budget necessary to develop an enterprise approach.
  • Owns the sales tech stack and is the primary point of contact for key contract renewals, contract terms, license management, and RFPs.
  • Responsible for the overall execution and evolution of our Digital Adoption strategy across CAI Sales/Performance Management.
