Join us as the VHF Product Value Stream Lead and take ownership of one of the largest and most expansive service offerings in our Connected Aviation business unit: Datalink VHF. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the transformation of our Datalink VHF network through strategic modernization initiatives. You’ll be the driver behind innovation, performance, and growth—collaborating across Engineering, Finance, Sales, and more. What YOU will do:
You will lead the full product lifecycle management of Datalink VHF services, from strategic planning through execution and sustainment.
You will create and execute a global roadmap that positions Datalink VHF to meet future customer demands and market shifts.
You will manage the financial performance of the product line—including P&L, investments, AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and LRP (Long Range Plan)—reporting progress monthly.
You will drive the modernization of our global VHF network infrastructure while maintaining high standards of service reliability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Contracts, to ensure alignment with business goals.
You will lead data-driven decisions and pipeline development to achieve aggressive growth targets and business optimization goals.
You will be assigned key strategic programs preparing and/or implementing new strategic initiatives
What YOU will learn:
How to navigate and lead large-scale service transformation programs within a highly matrixed aerospace environment.
The intricacies of investment strategy and lifecycle program management through RTX tools like RLPM and Collins Path.
How to influence customer experience and global aviation infrastructure by aligning technical capabilities with market needs.
Qualifications YOU must have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
