Learn more at www.circana.com.   What will you be doing? Circana is seeking a passionate client advocate with strong analytical skills and deep expertise in consumer and shopper panel data. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping top-tier BevAlc clients and our Client Insights team maximize the value of Circana’s industry-leading solutions.   Job Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption: Lead training and promote the use of Circana’s OmniConsumer solutions, including Scan Panel, Receipt Panel, Loyalty Panel, and ShopperSights.
• Deliver Insights: Analyze and interpret consumer and shopper data, turning it into actionable recommendations that address client business needs.
• Build Partnerships: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and position Circana as a thought leader in BevAlc consumer and shopper insights.
• Consultative Approach: Apply industry knowledge to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CPG or retail experience focused on consumer and shopper insights.
• Hands-on experience with consumer/shopper panel or customer data required (receipt panel expertise a plus).
• Familiarity with syndicated data solutions (focused on panel data - e.g., Circana, Nielsen IQ, Numerator)and the ability to train clients on integrated panel solutions.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong project management and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
