As we integrate TBC into our operations, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the TBC team as Vice President Growth (Campus Retail)

About Our Role

As Vice President Growth (Campus Retail) you will be responsible for delivering an aggressive program of campus book and merchandise store rollouts across the USA, in parallel supporting wide scale digital transformation for those customers. You will lead a team of dedicated transition managers, will work closely with higher education leader and will report to the COO directly.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading the design, build and go live of up to 20 campus stores concurrently, across the USA. Ensuring deliver by, hitting time, budget and quality targets.

• Line managing and leading 5-10 transition managers, each themselves driving 2-3 concurrent campus store implementations.

• Establishing delivery protocols and processes, including QA so that store implementations are efficient and can be delivered quickly and to a high standard.

• Working closely with higher education leaders, building trust in our delivery capability and ensuring that customer requirements are realised.

• Working closely with BibliU’s Digital delivery and change management teams to coordinate store builds with parallel digital transformations for customers on a journey from print to digital course material provision.

• Building OKRs and KPIs that track store implementation performance and the roll up to Exec level reporting.

• Developing your team to grow their capabilities and careers.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• A highly experienced retail store implementation professional, who can provide evidence of personally delivering multiple retail stores concurrently (not limited to higher education related retail).

• An experienced team leader, who can provide evidence of leading and developing multiple team members to deliver against challenging targets.

• A person with a growth mindset, excited by the challenge of rapid growth in a complex and changing environment. Must be able to provide evidence of overcoming growth challenges in a related field.

• A person experienced with working with multiple senior internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to provide evidence of influencing stakeholders to overcome delivery challenges.
