HVAC Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Reps to join our team with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in MEP customer service setting.

Type: Full time permanent position

Location: Stamford, CT M-F 8AM-4PM

Pay up to $25 Per hour DOE + Excellent Benefits!

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide solutions to customers' questions and provide customer service support.
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat, and schedule appointments in our computer system.
• Provide technical support to customers on the phone and via chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, document customer service activities.
• Demonstrate empathy for urgent Plumbing, HVAC, Sewer, and Electrical needs.
• Assist other employees as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing setting
• Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, technicians, and other office employees.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically.
• Experience with Microsoft office I.E Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
